Razor Ribbons

Action · 60 ft · V, S, M (a strip of silk) · Concentration, up to 1 minute

Action, 60 ft, concentration up to 1 minute. Pick a creature you can see — yourself included. Razor-edged silk whirls through every space within 5 ft of it and travels with it; the carrier is never cut. A creature hostile to you makes a DEX save when it enters the ring, when the ring sweeps over it or when it ends its turn inside, at most once a turn: 3d4 slashing, half on a success (+1d4 per slot above 2nd). The spell ends if the carrier drops.
