Speak one word and the target must succeed on a WIS save or obey it on its next turn — APPROACH (walks straight at you, its turn ending once it is within 5ft), DROP (lets go of the weapon in its hand, then its turn ends), FLEE (spends the turn running from you), GROVEL (falls prone, then its turn ends) or HALT (doesn't move and takes no action or bonus action). Each slot above 1st binds one more creature.
